As a veteran trader, could you share with us how to draw up investment strategies?
The two disciplines of Fundamental Analysis (FA) and Technical Analysis (TA) are often set against each other and investors may think that they have to make a choice. Combining FA and TA offers the best chance of success in the stock market and is another key to consistent profits. FA uses balance sheets, profit and loss as well as cash flows to determine a company’s strength, while TA uses the relationship between price and volume to determine the probable direction of a security’s price. AS such, FA helps a trader to identify what to buy, while TA helps a trader to determine when to buy or sell. Read more
