Access will be granted to all existing clients. Subsequently, clients are encouraged to do at least 10 trades per month, or, have at least S$10,000 equivalent on average in the CFD account to continue enjoying free access.
There are three ways to gain access to Phillip CFDTrader:

- Submit an online registration from this page
Upon receipt of your request, CFD will grant access of your account to use Phillip CFDTrader by the next trading day. The cut off time will be 5pm everyday. Request received after 5pm will be treated the following day’s request. Access will last till the next stipulated review date. |
Once access has been granted, an email/letter will be sent to you, and there will be a webpage link in the email/letter. The link will direct you to download the program.
After you have finished downloading the installation file, double-click and follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation of Phillip CFDTrader.
Do note, however, that access to Phillip CFDTrader is restricted to invited clients only. If you did not receive the official email/letter from Phillip CFD Department, even if you are able to download the program, you will not be able to access the program. |

| As Phillip CFDTrader is designed for active and serious traders, we are providing access to clients who have higher trading activity. In view of circumstances where market environment are not conducive for trading, we would also grant access to serious traders who have a minimum of S$10,000 in their account. This also allows Phillip CFD to service CFDTrader users better. |
| Access will be granted to all new clients to have free trial access. The free trial access will last for a month. Alternatively, they can deposit S$10,000 in their CFD account to have continued access after the review date. |
| Yes, you will have access to the full functionality of Phillip CFDTrader during the free trial access period. |
| All clients will have only 1 trial period. If you wish to have access to Phillip CFDTrader again, you may do so by performing 10 trades for one month, or by having a minimum of S$10,000 in your CFD account. After which, you will have to request for access again. |
| For existing Phillip Securities clients, the CFD trading facilities will be opened within two working days. For new clients, account opening will take around 2-3 weeks if they do not have a CDP account. For new clients with an existing CDP account, the account opening will take around 5 working days. A minimum cash of S$3,000 deposit is required before you can commence trading. |
| No, there are no additional subscription fees nor charges/fees to be paid to use Phillip CFDTrader. |
| Clients who do not qualify for CFDtrader access are not able to opt to pay for its usage. |
| Yes, you will be able to log into POEMS to trade CFDs even after you have access to Phillip CFDTrader. In fact, you can log in to both POEMS and Phillip CFDTrader concurrently. Whatever trades done on POEMS will be shown in Phillip CFDTrader and vice versa. |
| Yes, you can log into Phillip CFDTrader with another CFD account. |
