Definition:

Ledger	= Cash Deposit - Commission (inclusive of GST) - Realised Finance Charges (on opening contract value) ± Realized Profit or Loss ± Realised credit/debit interest
Equity Balance	= Ledger ± Unrealized Profit or Loss ± Unrealized Finance Charges
Initial Margin (IM)	= 20% Market Value of Portfolio
Maintenance Margin (MM)	= 20% Market Value of Portfolio
Force-selling Margin (FM)	= 5% Market Value of Portfolio
Available Balance (Margin Excess)	= Equity Balance - Maintenance Margin
Margin Deficit	= Maintenance Margin - Equity Balance
Funds for Withdrawal	= Equity Balance - Maintenance Margin ± unrealised credit/debit interest

Margin Call Requirement:
- Equity Balance < 20% of the Portfolio Market Value, you have 2 business days to fulfill this call via cash/cheque deposit, EPS before 9pm, or liquidation of CFD positions.
- Equity Balance < 5% of the Portfolio Market Value, you have 1 business day to fulfill this call via cash/cheque deposit, or liquidation of CFD positions.
