A dividend adjustment is applicable for World Indices CFDs when a constituent of the index pays a dividend. A net cash adjustment will be credited to your account if you hold a long position. A gross cash adjustment will be debited from your account, if you hold a short position.

  1. 40% Reduction in Spread for Singapore Indices CFD ("Promotion") is only applicable to Straits Times Index SGD5 CFD and Singapore Index SGD20 CFD during the promotional period of 7th January 2019 to 30th June 2019 (both days inclusive).

  2. Standard Commission Rates and Finance Charges applies.

  3. Spreads are subject to variation, especially in volatile market conditions and may widen during out-of-trading hours.

  4. In the event of a dispute over the client’s eligibility to participate in this promotion, Phillip Securities Private Limited’s (“PSPL”) decision will be final.

  5. Notwithstanding anything herein contained, PSPL reserves the right at any time in its absolute discrete to (i) amend, add and / or delete any time of these Terms and Conditions without prior notification (including eligibility and qualifying terms and criteria), and all participants shall be bound by such amendments, additions and / or deletions when effected, or (ii) vary, withdraw, or cancel any items or the promotion without having to disclose a reason there of and without any compensation or payment whatsoever.
