1.    Promotion Period

•    This promotion is valid from 1 February 2024 to 31 March 2024, both dates inclusive.

2.    Eligible Contract for Differences (CFDs) Products on POEMS

 •    Equity CFDs [include Direct Market Access CFDs (DMA)]

3.    Qualifying Criteria

•    This promotion is open to all Phillip Securities Pte Ltd (“PSPL”) Customers who have a CFD account on POEMS. Do note that POEMS CFD MT5 accounts are excluded from the promotion (‘Eligible Customers’).

•    Accounts closed during the Promotion Period or before fulfilling the promotion requirements will not be eligible.

4.    Promotion Reward

•    S$88 Cash Credits (‘Cash Credits’)

•    1 or 2 chances to win the lucky draw (43” PRISM TV worth S$999) (‘Lucky Draw’)

5.    Promotion Mechanics / Requirements 

•    To be eligible for the promotion, Eligible Customers are required to perform a one-time deposit of minimally S$5000 (SGD or equivalent) in new funds into their CFD account on POEMS (excl. POEMS CFD MT5 accounts) and do 8 CFD Equity trades within the Promotion Period.

•    Once Eligible Customers has funded, the funded amount must be maintained in the account for a continuous period of 60 calendar days. 

•    Funding and maintaining of funds for this promotion does not take into account losses/finance charges and any other reasons apart from withdrawal.

•    Amalgamated trades will be considered as 1 trade. For more details on amalgamation, please refer here.

•    Get 1 bonus draw chance in the Lucky Draw when you do at least 1 trade on Singapore Equity CFD/ Singapore DMA CFDs 

•    Eligible Customers are eligible for rewards, including a S$88 Cash Credits and up to 2 chances to win the Lucky Draw. 

•    E.g If client funded S$5000, do 8 Singapore Equity Trades on 20 March and maintain the funds in the account till 18 May (i.e 60 days), client will be eligible for S$88 Cash Credits and 2X chance to win the Lucky Draw

6.    Crediting terms will be as follows: 

•    Cash Credits are credits that will be deposited into your POEMS CFD account upon meeting the Promotion requirements by 15 June 2024. 

•    Clients will be notified at their registered POEMS email address through cfd_marketing@phillip.com.sg once the Cash Credits have been credited on 15 June 2024.

•    The Lucky Draw Winner will be announced on our website on 15 June 2024 and will be contacted via his/her registered phone number or email address with PSPL through cfd_marketing@phillip.com.sg on 15 June 2024.

•    If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the first attempt made (15 June 2024), the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected instead. PSPL reserves the right to disqualify any winner who does not respond within the stipulated 7 days.

•    PSPL may, without notice and at any time, substitute any prize with a prize of similar value, as determined by PSPL. Prizes won are given out on an “as it is” basis, and are not transferable, or exchangeable or redeemable for cash. To the extent not prohibited by law, all warranties and representations in connection with the prizes are expressly excluded.

7.    The following Customers are NOT eligible to participate in this promotion unless approved by the management of PSPL: All employees of PSPL / Phillip Nova Pte. Ltd. (“PNPL”), and their associated entities (e.g. trading representatives, financial advisor representatives); PSPL and all its subsidiaries (direct or indirect); and their immediate families (e.g. spouse and children).

8.    By taking part in the promotion, you agree and consent to PSPL sending relevant information to third-party service providers to facilitate the delivery and redemption of the Reward.

9.    In the event of a dispute over the Client’s eligibility to participate in this promotion, PSPL’s decision will be final.

10.    Notwithstanding anything herein contained, PSPL reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion to (i) amend, add and / or delete these Terms and Conditions without prior notification (including eligibility; replacement of the prize; promotional mechanics, promotion duration without prior notification, qualifying terms and criteria), and all participants shall be bound by such amendments, additions and / or deletions when effected, or (ii) vary, withdraw, or cancel any items or the promotion without having to disclose a reason thereof and without any compensation or payment whatsoever. PSPL’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion shall be final and binding on all participants.
