Terms & Conditions
- Promotion Period The Promotion will run from 1 July 2025 to 30 September 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
- Eligibility
This Promotion is open to all individual clients of Phillip Securities Pte Ltd (“PSPL”) with a POEMS CFD Account or POEMS CFD MT5 account. Each client is eligible to participate under one account only, based on their unique NRIC/FIN number. - Eligible Products
This promotion is valid for all FX CFD counters (“Eligible Products”). - Promotion Mechanics
a) Receive S$30 Cash Credits when they trade a total of 20 lots of FX CFDs or S$50 Cash Credits when you trade more than 20 lots of FX CFDs during the Promotion Period
b) One lot refers to 10,000 units of the base currency of the relevant FX CFD.
c) Liquidated trades are not eligible for the promotion.
d) Each qualifying trade must be held for a minimum of one minute to be counted.
e) A maximum of 4 lots of FX CFDs per trading day (5am SGT to 5am SGT) will be eligible for counting toward the total traded lots for this promotion.
f) Calculation of qualifying traded lots will be based on each platform (POEMS CFD an POEMS CFD MT5) individually. Trading volumes across both platforms cannot be combined - Crediting of Reward
a) Qualifying Clients will have their Cash Credits credited by 15 October 2025.
b) The credits will be deposited into the eligible POEMS CFD or POEMS CFD MT5 account that meet the promotion criteria. - Clients must have an open and valid POEMS CFD account or POEMS CFD MT5 account at the time of reward crediting.
- For joint accounts, only the main account holder will be notified.
- The following Customers are NOT eligible to participate in this promotion unless approved by the management of PSPL: a) All employees of PSPL / Phillip Nova Pte. Ltd. (“PNPL”), and their associated entities (e.g., trading representatives, financial advisor representatives); PSPL and all its subsidiaries (direct or indirect); and their immediate families (e.g. spouse and children).
- By taking part in the promotion, you agree and consent to PSPL sending relevant information to third-party service providers to facilitate the delivery and redemption of the Reward.
- In the event of a dispute over the Customer’s eligibility to participate in this promotion, PSPL’s decision will be final.
- Notwithstanding anything herein contained, PSPL reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion to (i) amend, add and / or delete these Terms and Conditions without prior notification (including eligibility; replacement of the prize; promotional mechanics, promotion duration without prior notification, qualifying terms and criteria), and all participants shall be bound by such amendments, additions and / or deletions when effected, or (ii) vary, withdraw, or cancel any items or the promotion without having to disclose a reason thereof and without any compensation or payment whatsoever.
