- Price has broken the upward trendline and has tests the upper and lower bounds of the new downward channel formed.
- This is inline with the recent strength of the US Dollar due to uncertainty pertaining to incoming US federal interest rate cuts.
- As the price remains in the premium region of the channel, we can capitalize on the bearish momentum by entering short positions at 3997.94 with a stop loss slightly above the recent daily resistance of 4140.
- We can target the previous all-time highs (ATH) of 3500.15. As price pushes past the support level at 3886.62, we can shift our stop loss at entry to manage risk and take partial profits.
- Alternatively, if if the price breaks above the recent daily resistance of 3132.96, the strategy shifts to a long position, targeting the ATH at 4381.52, with a stop loss at the recent daily support of 3997.94.
