Terms & Conditions
- Promotion Period:
- This promotion is valid from 1 April 2024 to 28 June 2024, both dates inclusive.
- Qualifying Criteria:
- This promotion is applicable for all Phillip Securities Pte Ltd (“PSPL”) Clients who have not opened a POEMS CFD MT5 account, based on the Client’s unique NRIC/FIN number.
- Each Client is entitled to ONE reward per NRIC/FIN number.
- Accounts closed during the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
- Rewards Mechanics
- The Reward is a welcome bonus of S$30 CFD Cash Credits.
- Clients are eligible for the Reward when they open a POEMS CFD MT5 account and do an initial funding of at least S$2,000, within the month of opening their POEMS CFD MT5 account during the Promotion Period (Capped at First 10,000 Clients).
- Initial Funding must be made in one transaction. For example, Clients are only eligible if they open a POEMS CFD MT5 account and deposit S$2,000 in one transaction. They will not be eligible for the Reward if they deposit S$2,000 in multiple transactions. For example, if a Client’s initial funding is S$1,500, then proceeds to fund another S$500 to hit S$2000, the Client will not be eligible for the Welcome Bonus.
- CFD Cash Credits are credits that will be deposited into the eligible POEMS CFD MT5 accounts and can be used to offset any CFD charges.
- Eligible clients will receive the Reward in the 2nd week of the following month in their POEMS CFD MT5 Account. Do note that clients who close their account or withdraw the initial funding before the crediting date will not be eligible for the reward.
- Clients will be notified through cfd_marketing@phillip.com.sg to their registered POEMS email address once the Cash Credits have been credited.
- PSPL may, without notice and at any time, substitute any prize with a prize of similar value, as determined by PSPL. Prizes won are given out on an “as it is” basis, and are not transferable, or exchangeable or redeemable for cash. To the extent not prohibited by law, all warranties and representations in connection with the prizes are expressly excluded.
- The following Clients are NOT eligible to participate in this promotion unless approved by the management of PSPL: All employees of PSPL / Phillip Nova Pte. Ltd. (“PNPL”), and their associated entities (e.g., trading representatives, financial advisor representatives); PSPL and all its subsidiaries (direct or indirect); and their immediate families (e.g. spouse and children).
- By taking part in the promotion, you agree and consent to PSPL sending relevant information to third-party service providers to facilitate the delivery and redemption of the Reward.
- In the event of a dispute over the Client’s eligibility to participate in this promotion, PSPL’s decision will be final.
- Notwithstanding anything herein contained, PSPL reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion to (i) amend, add and / or delete these Terms and Conditions without prior notification (including eligibility; replacement of the prize; promotional mechanics, promotion duration without prior notification, qualifying terms and criteria), and all participants shall be bound by such amendments, additions and / or deletions when effected, or (ii) vary, withdraw, or cancel any items or the promotion without having to disclose a reason thereof and without any compensation or payment whatsoever. PSPL’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion shall be final and binding on all participants.
- In the event of a dispute over the Client’s eligibility to participate in this promotion, PSPL’s decision will be final.
