	This referral program is only open to existing Phillip CFD clients who refer new clients that successfully open a CFD account. The referee will not be entitled to any other Phillip CFD promotions that are run concurrently with Refer-A-Friend promotion. In the event that referee is an existing CFD account holder, he/she will not be eligible for this promotion. *The referral is successful when referee open a Phillip CFD account with a minimum $3,000 deposit and perform at least one trade within two months from date of account opening. The date of referral must not be later than the date of account opening. If different client refers the same successful referee, only the 1st referrer who sent in the referral application is eligible for the promotion. In the event of any dispute, Phillip Securities shall have the sole and final discretion in deciding who is the first referrer. Vouchers will be sent to eligible client’s mailing address after the qualifying period. All employees and agents of PSPL and its associated entities and subsidiaries (direct or indirect) are not eligible to participate in this promotion. PSPL reserves the right to substitute the promotion entitlement with another of equivalent value and amend any terms and conditions without prior notification. Where a dispute involving the interpretation of terms and conditions arises, PSPL reserves the right to have the final say.
