- Promotion Period:
- This promotion is valid from 1 March 2023 to 30 June 2023, both dates inclusive
- Eligible Contracts for Differences (CFDs) Products on POEMS CFD MT5:
- Equities CFDs (including Direct Market Access (DMA) CFDs)
- Indices CFDs
- Commodities CFDs
- FX CFDs
- Qualifying Criteria:
- This promotion is applicable for all Phillip Securities Pte Ltd (“PSPL”) Customers who have not opened a POEMS CFD MT5 Account, based on the Customer’s unique NRIC/FIN number.
- Each Customer is entitled to ONE reward per NRIC/FIN number.
- Accounts closed during the Promotion Date will not be eligible.
- Rewards Mechanics
- Eligible Customer will receive Rewards depending on the “Requirement” as per the table shown below.
- Should a customer open multiple eligible MT5 Accounts during the promotional period, only the first POEMS CFD MT5 Account that has made the first initial deposit during the promotion period will be considered.

- Trades executed must be Eligible Contracts for Difference (CFDs) Products on POEMS CFD MT5.
- You will not be eligible for the above stated rewards if you choose to withdraw your Initial Funding within the first 90 days of your first fund date.
- Eligible Customers will only qualify for one tier of rewards stated above.
- Initial Funding must be in 1 transaction. E.g Customers are only eligible if they open a POEMS CFD MT5 Account and deposit S$1500 in one transaction. They will not be eligible for the rewards if they deposit S$1500 in multiple transactions. If a customer’s initial funding is S$100, then proceeds to fund another S$1,400 and trades 5 times the customer will not be eligible for the Welcome Gift.
- Similarly if a customer trades S$1,500 and then funds with S$30,000 afterwards conducting 50 trades thereafter, they will only be eligible for the Welcome Gift and not the Platinum Welcome Bundle. We will only take into Account the first funding of the new POEMS CFD MT5 Account.
- Crediting terms will be as follows:

- Trading Credits are credits that will be deposited into POEMS CFD MT5 Account and can be used to offset the amount of an offer.
- Customers will be notified through cfd_marketing@phillip.com.sg to their registered POEMS email address once the trading credits have been credited. The redemption of the Grab Vouchers to eligible clients will also be in the email as well.
- For Customers eligible for the Platinum Welcome Bundle, they will be contacted through his/her registered POEMS phone number or email with more details on the redemption of the AirPod 3rd Gen (worth S$261.40) via cfd_marketing@phillip.com.sg
- PSPL may, without notice and at any time, substitute any prize with a prize of similar value, as determined by PSPL. Prizes won are given out on an “as it is” basis, and are not transferable, or exchangeable or redeemable for cash. To the extent not prohibited by law, all warranties and representations in connection with the prizes are expressly excluded.
- The following Customers are NOT eligible to participate in this promotion unless approved by the management of PSPL: All employees of PSPL / Phillip Nova Pte. Ltd. (“PNPL”), and their associated entities (e.g. trading representatives, financial advisor representatives); PSPL and all its subsidiaries (direct or indirect); and their immediate families (e.g. spouse and children).
- By taking part in the promotion, you agree and consent to PSPL sending relevant information to third-party service providers to facilitate the delivery and redemption of the Reward.
- In the event of a dispute over the Customer’s eligibility to participate in this promotion, PSPL’s decision will be final.
- Notwithstanding anything herein contained, PSPL reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion to (i) amend, add and / or delete these Terms and Conditions without prior notification (including eligibility; replacement of the prize; promotional mechanics, promotion duration without prior notification, qualifying terms and criteria), and all participants shall be bound by such amendments, additions and / or deletions when effected, or (ii) vary, withdraw, or cancel any items or the promotion without having to disclose a reason thereof and without any compensation or payment whatsoever. PSPL’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion shall be final and binding on all participants.
